ARTWORKS is pleased to present its first Benefit Event, hosted at the Contemporary Greek Art Institute (ISET) from 27 to 30 November, 2025. The exhibition brings together works by twenty-one leading contemporary visual artists, all of whom have been awarded the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Artist Fellowship: Elli Antoniou, Eleni Bagaki, Manolis Daskalakis-Lemos, Nicole Economides, Dimitris Efeoglou, Alexis Fidetzis, Vasilis Galanis, Athanasios Kanakis, Iasonas Kampanis, Giorgos Kontis, Chrysanthi Koumianaki, Natalia Manta, Petros Moris, Vasilis Papageorgiou, Panos Profitis, Marios Stamatis, Stefania Strouza, Antonis Theodoridis, Eleni Tomadaki, Iris Touliatou, and Pavlos Tsakonas.
This inaugural event highlights ARTWORKS’ commitment to cultivating a fertile ground where art can flourish with care, trust, and continuity. ARTWORKS seeks to expand its circle of supporters to ensure the sustainability of our mission. We thus aspire to form a network of art lovers and collectors who share our vision of fostering groundbreaking artistic practices and research.
The exhibition serves as a call to contribute in carrying out our mission: to continue investing in the ideas and projects of artists who inspire, challenge, and shift our perspectives. A portion of the proceeds from the artworks’ sales will go directly to the participating artists, while the remaining funds will be reinvested into ARTWORKS’ upcoming programs.
Since its founding in 2017, ARTWORKS has supported more than 500 artists, curators, and arts professionals through fellowships, grants, and residencies. These initiatives have provided space for research, enabled the creation of new works, fueled collaborations, and built a dynamic network that extends beyond Greece’s borders, connecting the country’s upcoming generation of creative minds to professional opportunities around the world.
ARTWORKS was established with a founding grant by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), which remains its lead donor and actively supports the majority of its activities, including the exhibition Collecting with Purpose.
